Communication Channel

To listen to employees’ voices and take appropriate actions through dedicated departments, CHS uses the following communication channels with employees:

• Host managerial department face-to-face meetings with employees annually
• Convene the employee Stock Trust Committee meetings biannually
• Hold labor-management meetings and employee welfare committee meetings quarterly
• Hold the Corporate Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings every two months
