  • Employee forums are held for face-to-face communication with employees. Matters not resolved immediately but noted for follow-up are tracked by dedicated units quarterly and announced in the ERP system.
  • Through diverse communication channels, employee voices are heard. Dedicated units receive and take action on employee feedback.
  • Strict confidentiality is maintained for reported information, and mechanisms are in place to protect the personal information and identities of whistleblowers.
