Actions Taken
Employee forums are held for face-to-face communication with employees. Matters not resolved immediately but noted for follow-up are tracked by dedicated units quarterly and announced in the ERP system.
Through diverse communication channels, employee voices are heard. Dedicated units receive and take action on employee feedback.
Strict confidentiality is maintained for reported information, and mechanisms are in place to protect the personal information and identities of whistleblowers.
