Report for Violation of ethical conduct
CHS persists in operating uprightly and devote ourselves to sustainable development and winning buyer's trust and friendship, therefore, corruption and any kind of fraud is absolutely forbidden. Should you find any suspicious illegal action which might be conducted by any employee or any representative of CHS, please contact us directly, we will proceed your report to Internal Audit Department carefully.
Before you file a report
- Please state your name clearly.
- Please provide clear facts without any kind of fabrication. In upon any situation should we discover that the statement has been fabricated in purpose, you must burden legal consequences accordingly.
- Unless stated by law, any personal data and report content will be confidential, and will be protected by appropriate law, you need not concern about disclosure or leaking in any way of any information.
- Any information you have provided, including name, telephone number, e-mail address…etc., we will use it as the contract portal during investigation period.
- Any information communicated between you and CHS shall not be disclosed in anyway. Unless stated by the law, you cannot file a lawsuit or bring such information as the relevant evidence of a lawsuit. I have fully understand and agreed to the above description.
