Cold Rolling Mill Profile
The Cold Rolling Mill is established in 1987, main production equipment are 68M pickling line, 6Hi reversing rolling mill, batch annealing and tempered equipment. Its annual design production capacity is 450 thousand tons, which may produce cold rolled full hard plates and tempered coils with the thickness of 0.15~2.35mm and width of 850~1250mm. Due to the long-term dedication to the promotion of technology and quality, our products have reached the first class standards. In September 1994, our Cold Rolling Mil received ISO 9002 certificate, which is the first domestic cold rolling mill ever accredited with such standard. The cold rolled products can be classified by its roughness into dull and bright finish. Due to the excellent mechanic properties and easy processing with the merits of even thickness, flat surface and easy in formation, such products elaborate the steel materials to the utmost extent. Cold rolled products are widely welcome because of their attribution of being economical, durable and easy in formation. It is the perfect material, after galvanizing and paint coating, for stationery (staple and hole punch), home appliances (oven and toaster), office furniture (cabinet, table and chair), sports equipment (treadmill and fitness appliances), construction materials (wave board and iron winding door) and computer casing.

The annual design production capacity of Chung Hung's Cold Rolling Department is 450 thousand tons,and the production capacity is 480 of rolling thousand tons, which may produce cold rolled full hard and tempered coils with the thickness of 0.15~2.35mm and width of 850~1250mm. Because of the long-term dedication to the promotion of technology and quality, products have reached first-class standards. In September 1994, it became the first domestic Cold Rolling Department accredited with ISO 9002 certificate, and successfully conversed that in October 2002 and was accredited with ISO 9001 certificate of the 2000 version; moreover, it was also accredited with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates.
The roughness of this mill's cold rolled products has dull finish and bright finish. Due to the excellent mechanic properties and easy processing, this mill's cold rolled products are suitable materials for automobile components, home appliances, sports equipment, and steel furniture.
