Production

Chung Hung Steel has five production mills, including a Hot Rolling Mill, a Cold Rolling Mill,two Steel Pipe & Tube mills in both Dafa and Lukang and a Pickling & Galvanizing Mill; producing quality products such as hot-rolled coil, cold-rolled coil, steel pipe & tube, hot-rolled pickled & oiled coil, and galvanized steel coil. All our mills have acquired relevant certification of quality, environmental, occupational safety and health management systems. Please refer to the certification page on this website.

Hot Rolling Mill Its annual capacity is 2.4 million tons, and it produces all kinds of hot rolled bands and hot rolled temper grade coils with excellent quality and with the thickness of 1.2~12.7mm and width of 900~1560 mm.

Cold Rolling Mill Its annual capacity is 450 thousand tons, and it produces the cold rolled coil and
tempered coil with the thickness of 0.15～2.35mm and width of 850~1250mm.

Steel Pipe & Tube Mills Pipe produced under Dafa and Lukang mills are intended for pipeline transportation in petroleum, casing or tubing for wells, mechanical, pressure applications and also acceptable for ordinary uses in steam, water, gas, and air lines. Total annual capacity is 248,000 tons.

Pickling & Galvanizing Mill Pickling line has an annual capacity of 600,000 tons,producing
hot-rolled pickled (oiled) steel coil with thickness 1.35~6.0mm, width 750~1,537mm. Galvanizing line has an annual capacity of 300,000 tons,
producing galvanized coil with thickness of 0.7~5.0mm,
width of 800~1,542mm.
