Message from the Management

In 2024, CHS continued to uphold its three core values of Competence, Honesty, and Service, moving steadily forward amid a dynamic industrial environment and the global shift toward sustainability. With a sound corporate governance framework built internally, we have implemented various sustainability initiatives step by step, embedding sustainability into our daily operations. This year, we established the "Organizational Regulations for the Sustainability Development Committee" and formed the corporate-level Sustainability Development Committee, chaired by the President. Four task forces were established under the committee: "Environmental and Carbon Management," "Social Engagement," "Corporate Governance," and "Sustainability Management." Through supervision and review by the committee and implementation by the task forces, we have effectively and comprehensively advanced our sustainability initiatives, striving to make sustainability not merely a project but an integral part of corporate culture and everyday operations.
